Product description
The double cone mixer is a highly efficient and reliable equipment for mixing powders and granules. Its main structure consists of two symmetrical conical cylinders. Generally, it achieves gentle and uniform mixing of materials through rotational motion. Working principle
The double-cone mixing container rotates uniformly around its horizontal axis. As the container rotates, the materials inside are lifted upwards along the inner wall of the container under the influence of gravity until they reach their natural resting angle. Subsequently, the materials slide down and spread out like a waterfall under the force of gravity. This process of lifting and sliding repeats and converges at both ends of the container as it rotates.
During this process, the different components of the materials are continuously lifted, diffused, folded and interwoven in the three-dimensional space, thereby achieving macroscopic uniform distribution and microscopic mutual penetration within a short period of time. Since the mixing process mainly relies on gravity, certain requirements are imposed on the physical properties of the materials, and it is a very gentle mixing method that can effectively avoid the heating, fragmentation or generation of static electricity of the materials.
