Working principle
The combination of the dust-free feeding station and the direct discharge screen achieves efficient and clean production through a sealed connection and gravity flow. The materials are unpacked in the negative pressure chamber of the dust-free feeding station, and the dust is immediately collected. The materials then fall directly into the downstream direct discharge screen by gravity. The direct discharge screen vibrates to quickly screen the materials, with the qualified fine particles falling vertically out and the coarse particles being separated to the side. The entire process from feeding to screening is seamless, effectively controlling the dust while achieving rapid and continuous processing of the materials.
